Tell us a little about yourself!
I am a 34 yr old married man who has been playing MMO's since ultima online first started. I love progression but enjoy having fun as well. I am 95% deaf but have the equipment so that I can hear on vent like everyone else.

How has your class changed over the years in World of Warcraft?
Mages haven't changed much as far as being a pure dps is concerned. Frost still lacks in dps...fire still puts out a lot. Blizzard has given us more utilities now such as invis to drop aggro tables to go with ice block. We also have more spells at our disposal for lots of movement fights such as arcane barrage.

What utility does your class provide a raid?
Well everyone loves the table mages provide but there is also focus magic and arcane brilliance that helps as well.


What is your dual talent specialization?
My current 2nd spec is frost that i wear pvp gear with for tanking Keleseth on 10m ICC because that was was needed of me in previous guilds.


What are your professions, and why?
Herbalism and Alchemy because I hate not having flasks and i hate even more buying them. I want to make my own. At the time of this post they are not maxed but they will be maxed within the next 48 hours.


Prior MMO Experience EQ, EQII, dark age of camelot, guild wars, runescape, ultima online, Vanilla/BC, Vanguard, Conan, DDO. DAoC i was a guild leader for 2 years.
Wow vanilla I was in a hardcore raiding guild called Aftermath, BC wow I was in a guild that I now cannot remember the name of. Now I am in Great success.


Estimated Availability
I can raid any day of the week up until 1130pm server time. At that point I can keep raiding I just have to leave vent for work. I work from home.

Computer/Network Specs
As for internet stability I have cable internet AND dsl internet so if one goes down I have backup. computer specs:
I7 860 2.8ghz
16gb ram
ATI 5800 series video card with 1gb dedicated video memory.


How would you benefit Eventide?
I come prepared for raids. I come prepared for the entire raid with full intention of staying the entire raid. I do not like calling it early because we are wiping. I like and expect to continue to try to progress up until raid time is done.

As far as 25mans I am available now; however, 10ms i'm saved until Tuesday.

On my availability I forgot to put that Wednesday and thursday nights I can raid and be on vent all night long. It's only sunday, monday and tuesday that I must be off vent by 1130 server time but can continue to be on the game and raiding.
